The week in Skateboarding AUG/Q4

Here we will try and pick the peanuts of out skateboarding shit, and try to keep this an energy drink free zone.

First up is my all time favorite, Thrashers King of the Road. Teams have been announced by that guy with the big black glasses and over opinionated mouth. Watch below and try your best to get through the entire clip (which is hard) because the best is saved for last! Roll on King of the Road.

Londons Palace Skateboards have announced a temporary pop up shop to open in north east London next week. Each day new items will be release, both new and old, you wont be upset if you are a fan.
As well as that Slam have taken a small delivery of new Palace t-shirts.

The Wu-Tang Clans only skateboard team rider gets taught a lesson in the playground by 'Sexgoat'. Both great street fighters with a good SPM count (Swing per minute). I really dont know whos the biggest tool here? Thank God for camera phones.

***56K*** is a 20 minute NYC analog bad boi of a promo, featuring a bunch of NYC skaters  including your new favorite NYC hood skate rat Shaun Powers.

Lakai footwear put out a new commercial featuring Nick Jenson and Danny Brady, filmed and edited by Henry Edwards Wood. Dont forget to head to the Wayard Gallery this Thurday for the Nick Jenson show there.

Flip skateboards have titled their latest web edit 'The Weight of the World' which see the team tour through the American desert sessioning ditches and abandoned water parks. Ben Norberg and his scoop neck t-shirt make an appearance too. Apart from that its pretty damn gnarly. That rail they skate - JESUS!
